Decades of work with trauma clients has taught me volumes about how the human nervous system functions and heals.
If you want to understand a system, stress it and observe how it falls apart and what pulls it back together. For the human nervous system, trauma is the stressor. Integration, connection, and relationships are the healers.
Trauma survivors are the canaries in the coal mine- they need what we all need, they just need it sooner and more desperately.
My workshops expand on what I’ve learned from working with fragile nervous systems to help all of us achieve much higher levels of health, vitality, and connectedness. My mission is to help people build sturdy relationships that help us feel solid enough to create lives that we love, take risks, and make a difference in the world. This starts with careful contact, and expands into body-up coregulation.
